HBIF is a non profit research and educational organization. We do not practice medicine or any other professional area. We are students of ethics and we look at the complex aspects of human health and healing in a in depth analytical review. Welcome the first organization dedicated to ethical issues in Women's Health Care. We use teleconferencing, video conferencing, blogs, newsletters, workshops, and other media to reach women around the globe. We partner with technology corporations to bring information to the globe. Changing our world through education and ethics.
We have exposed misconceptions and misinformation in female medicine and work for social change to improve health care for all women. We support legal efforts to change dated and unnecessary practices. We are developing a full health care educational program that has a strong informed consent foundation for all women. We support research to develop new forms of surgical and medical treatment including advancing Female Reconstructive Surgery and a medical cure for HPV.
Our work is global with programs currently reaching China and Africa.
We created the first web site covering Feminist Women's Medicine go to www.pinkpapersandbooks. This is a web to educate women to have community education centers to assist in their health care. Women in Harlem have created Healing Sisters Circle there under the HBIF educational programs. We are bring back the advocate medicine of the 60's back to the globe now. This site will have on it information to create healing advocates in your area.

In our work we look at the complex issues involved in healing, including culture, the mind, the body, and the spirit of the individual. In the area of education, we work on cognitive processes to help women deal with the emotional issues that often can lead to anxiety driven behavior and denial. We are creating Journal processes as an educational tool to help women on their healing paths. We have created a new way to evaluate patient care called IDA -In Depth Analysis.
We are working to provide the most recent and comprehensive information on the many issues today in women's health care. We include traditional medical care and alternative practices as well. Our services work to save many thousands of women from pain and suffering. Those that seek our help are often suffering from a past operation or procedure. Our process is to fully investigate the individual's history and create a healing path with them. This path frequently includes community work and out reach to other peoples around the globe.
With a life time of study in ethics and bioethics Dr.Hufnagel has a background in psychoanalysis expands into business, law and justice, and politics. She has been a legislative researcher and lobbyist. Her knowledge in corporate business expands into enforcement. We as an organization offer unique programs for individuals and groups.
BIOETHICS IN BUSNESS
The Hufnagel Bioethics Foundation has a corporate division that works with companies to provide bioethics for your company. Our focus is in branding, with proper informed consent and disclosure for your business. The second step is to infuse ethics in the daily operations of the business. A weekly program is created for staff and management to study ethics for the business.
In marketing we provide a complete media evaluation for misconceptions, misunderstandings, and disinformation. A through plan is created to avoid these complications that occur into today’s business climate as part of competing. Simple protocols are created for the company use created for issues selected by company. We provide proper legal forms and staff education on the rules of agency and non-competition. In business growth we have had success in use application for both products and in marketing. A transparent view of the company is created linked to a pro advocacy program for clients. In today’s web world we explain areas of risk and how to protect your company. We provide a complex and through networking system for business support. At this time there is no organization in the USA providing this full Bioethics program for business. We have saved companies money and grief. We have provided millions of dollars in media exposure with programs costing under 1,000 dollars.
Our founder Dr. Vikki Hufnagel is the only U.S. physician to write state laws to protect women. Her work has consistently been 20-30 years ahead of the standard of practice. The price paid to defend woman's health care rights has been enormous. We are working to educate the public in order to have change take place throughout the United States and the globe. Laws that were written to protect often are not enforced and the public is unaware they even exist . We are here to protect this work and insure it continues. We work to educate the public on these laws and support the states in the enforcement of these informed consent laws. One of our major focuses is the development of a video library for all ages of women that addresses the female mind and body as it changes during one's lifetime. We need the support of foundations and organizations to continue this important work. We need to expand ethical philosophy and to instill it in contemporary medicine. Our vision is to refocus health care on the needs of the patient and away from the issues of medicine driven by greed and material accumulation above virtue. One of our committees works on public policy to create a better medical model that can provide preventative and state-of-the-art medicine. Part of our work is to educate the government on the many issues it has no knowledge of. Dr. Hufnagel was one of the chosen physicians by the United Nations and by the Clinton administration to attend hearings on women's health issues. She was a main speaker asked to testify at the NIH that served to create the branch of Alternative Medicine.Dr. Hufnagel is one of the few physicians to testify at the FDA as a patient advocate on medications and devices. We are working to alter the USA to the fact that the WATCH program is not being used properly for reporting of complications. There is no other "watch dog" organization for woman's health care and that is our strategic position in working to bring healing and balance.
We are the only organization that has written state law to protect you and your daughters.
